I have been fortunate to work with and learn from some very sharp people. This includes the staff here at QuanTEM many who have been with us for several years. When times are tough, they pick up the pace without being told and move forward.

My past experience with laboratories has not always been a positive experience. In many cases the labs would treat their customers as second-class citizens. Putting in some extra effort to assist their customers was just not in the cards.

Upon coming to QuanTEM we made it a point to know that our customer comes first. They are the reason we all get to sleep inside and enjoy three good meals each day. For the last 30 years we worked diligently to ensure that we are there for you, it’s our job to help you take care of your customer.

Ingrid Gumbs-Diaz

Resource Development Specialist

With 23 years in sales and marketing and over six years of laboratory bench work, she blends scientific expertise and business strategy to drive growth and innovation. She holds a Biochemistry degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ingrid is passionate about building strong, lasting client relationships nationwide.

Her Strengths are in supporting her customers, learning their needs and working to assist in filling them. Her ability as a team player greatly enhances the customers experience, she pushes hard to ensure that their needs are met accurately and on time. She cultivates strong partnerships and customized service solutions that help our clients succeed. Ingrid is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of her role.

Cameron Kedy

Director of Technical Services

Cameron Kedy serves as the Director of Technical Services at QuanTEM Food Safety Laboratories. He oversees all aspects of laboratory operations and ensures compliance with ISO 17025 standards. His responsibilities include overseeing operational decisions, supervising microbiological and chemical analyses. He is surrounded by a skilled team of laboratory professionals who assist in the developing and validating of analytical methods. It takes the entire staff working together to manage our clients support and ensure the personalized service and clear communication needed to meet the specific needs of each customer. Cameron fully understands it is our job to support our customers in every way possible. QuanTEM Food Safety Laboratories has become a trusted partner for food safety testing, delivering accurate results and tailored solutions to food manufacturers throughout the United States.
